Once your submission has been received, our team will review the information provided and issue the corresponding invoice within 3 business days. The invoice will be sent to the email address indicated in your application.
To complete the submission process, please reply to the invoice email with proof of payment.
For submissions made during the Early Bird, Regular and Late Entry periods, proof of payment must be submitted within 5 business days from the date the invoice is received.
For submissions made during The Final Countdown stage, proof of payment must be submitted no later than 28 September, 23:59 (EEST).
Please note that a submission is considered complete and eligible for evaluation only after proof of payment has been received and validated by the organizers.
